Unfortunately any return delivery charges will currently have to be paid by the customer. The return address will be emailed to you on request. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition within 28 days of purchase. Refunds for the items only (not any delivery charges) will be made once the item has been received and reviewed on condition. If it is redeemed unable to be resold then the refund will be withheld.
NO REFUNDS ON PERSONAL ILLUSTRATIONS OR PRINTS.

What is your returns policy?
See above for our return policy. Please note there will be no refunds on any personal illustrations or prints ordered. If an exchange is required on other items then please email us and we will refund you the second delivery charge. Unfortunately you will have to pay for the return delivery charge still.
How can I contact your couriers?
We will currently be sending all packages through the royal mail, with proof of postage, if you require the details of the parcel to track your item please email us with this query and your name and first line of address.
What are your delivery options?
Prices vary depending on product, we will send all items
If you would like signed delivery it is an extra £1 charge,

How long will delivery take?
Delivery on personal illustrations will be on a made to order process, please contact prior to placing your order to see the current wait time.
All other orders will be posted out within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive an email when your item has been sent.
